Payment can be made online using PayPal, or Bank Deposit.
When using PayPal as your payment method, please ensure your shipping address in your PayPal account is correct, as this is the only address we can send to.
Shipping
Orders will be sent once complete, and payment is received in full.
We use Australia Post. All parcels are trackable online, and insured.
During checkout you can choose between either Regular Post (travels by road), or Express Post (travels by air).
The delivery times noted below are approximate and will depend on your location, and assuming the delivery network is not experiencing difficulties.

Tax
Prices online are inclusive of GST (10%) tax. During checkout, the website will determine your location via your shipping address, and the GST (10%) will be removed.
United States of America - 26 August 2025:
Due to recently announced changes to import tariffs for postal items sent to the US and its overseas territories, Australia Post has temporarily suspended some postal services to these destinations, effective 26 August 2025 until further notice.
CUSTOMS (DUTIES, FEES & CHARGES)
We cannot change shipping documentation to imply the order is a gift, or amend the value of the order to reduce customs fees.
International orders may be subject to local charges when entering your country. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
We at Rooster Tail Engines cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.
Please contact your local customs office for further information on any charges that may apply, prior to placing an order.
Refusal to pay import/customs charges on your parcel may lead to your parcel being abandoned. We at Rooster Tail Engines cannot be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
